I am a seasoned eCommerce executive, leader and strategist with over 12 years of experience across both B2C & B2B organisations. I have the expertise right across the digital space, including product development and design, user experience, digital marketing (SEO & PPC) and web analytics (Adobe & GA).
I’ve held digital leadership roles in organisations including SAP, Samsung, LateRooms, and Premier Farnell. I’ve also consulted and executed digital strategy for numerous SMEs including IRB Law LLP, Asian Art Platform, Merlin Frame Maker, Pan Pacific Leasing, and more.
I’ve worn many hats in my career to date, which has given me the ability to effectively manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges, but actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:
(1) I’ve been leading and managing teams right across the digital space during a period of massive growth and channel shift. There’s not much I haven’t done at both a strategic and operational level.
(2) I’m a multi-linguist. I can speak fluent geek and work effectively with development teams, but can also communicate complex technical information into words that others can understand and appreciate.
(3) Big ideas are great, but the execution is where it’s really at. I’ve built a career on delivering, not dreaming and talking.
